Ottawa Race Weekend

Hi Runners,

Today is the final day before the biggest running weekend in Ottawa! Just want to say,

If you’re not doing the race, it’s still worth your while to go check out all the cool run gear and fun at the Convention Centre after work today. Also worth a visit on Sat. is Charity Village behind City Hall for a party atmosphere.

Joe Rios in Ottawa Citizen

Joe Rios, from our EDC “sister” run club, will be featured tomorrow in the Ottawa Citizen. Joe went from 0 activity to running 100K in 3 years. Look for his story on Sat.

Run or Dye team wanted!

Some runs are just for fun. I ran ColorVibe last year with a buddy of mine and it was a blast! It’s all about taking pics, having fun, and being messy. I’d love to get a group of 5 of us together for a Run or Dyeteam. Let me know if you’re interested and we’ll do it!! It’s kind of a party for runners.
