Welcome new member
We have a new regional member in Montréal! Please welcome Jérôme Bastide de Grave, a marathoner with an impressive collection of international marathons to his credit. Check out his run blog to see what runs he’s been doing. He’ll be following our blog and catching our Special Speakers via Lync (thx, Jason!)
Sports Research
Lots of information in the SIRC (Sports Information and Research Centre) e-newsletteron training, nutrition, motivation, coaching, etc. if you want to sign up for it. This month, there are articles on motivation, knee injuries, and hill training (thinking of Yen and Monsieur D., here).

Check out Thursday evening Salsa on Sparks St. If you’re keen on something with a bit more funk and groove, try Tuesday night “Luv2Groove”classes in Westboro for a mere $15/ lesson. I’ll be there tonight for those who like to attend when they know someone else who’s going.
Run Club T-shirts
We haven’t forgotten. Logo is in the works. Will send it round once it’s finished and we’ll take orders, get our T’s and run around downtown, looking fab.u.lous in our new Run Club T’s.
