Run Club Special Speaker- Linda Houle Roberts
Linda Houle Roberts lives and eats what she preaches. She’s a graduate of the U of O with a B.SC in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Child and Development Studies. She is a personal trainer specialist with the Canadian Fitness Professionals, a registered holistic nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and a fitness instructor for a courageous group that have Multiple Schlerosis.
In fact, Linda IS one of those courageous people who have MS and she manages it with natural food and fitness. She’s a marathoner who started running in 2001 and continues to run to this day, completing the Ottawa Race Weekend just recently. She says, “Every successful marathon is a confirmation to me that I have control of my illness and that there is hope to end MS.”
Come out and meet Linda and learn how to improve your own health through nutrition on Wednesday, June 12 in the Training Room from 12 to 12:30. Stay for questions afterwards in either official language or leave when you need to. All employees welcome!
