Workplace Run Club 2013 Season

Our first special speaker is Eric Collard, one of 11 certified ChiRunning instructors in Canada, an NCCP-certified triathlon coach, a Running Injury Prevention Specialist, and an Ironman competitor (to start). Eric will be giving us the benefit of his coaching skills and knowledge on running form. Learn tips for staying injury-free all season. Thurs., April 18 at noon in the Training Room. (We'll run on Wed instead.)

Ottawa Running Club's Top Ten Tips for Running.

One of our members (and her son!) are participating in an upcoming run on May 4 to support people suffering from analphylaxis, asthma and allergies. It's in Tunney's Pasture: 5K run or walk.
