Week of June 3 in Run Club


Hi Runners,
Yoga on the Hill
Today at noon I’ll be heading over to yoga on the Hill. If anyone wants to join me, let’s meet up in the lobby today at 11:55. P.S. We went and it was beeeeeeautiful! Had to be over 800 people on the lawn.
 
Sports4 clinics at Bank St
Interested in learning how to improve your running strength and efficiency while reducing effort—Re-learn to run at Sports4 is for you. Clinics held at Sports4 on Bank St., monthly on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost is $40/person.

Intro to Chi Running
Run Club Special Speaker, Eric Collard, gives workshops on ChiRunning, Golf fitness and Triathlon coaching. He has a few spaces left in his June 9 Intro to Chi Running workshop.

Special Speaker next Wed.
Learn about nutrition from expert nutritionist and marathoner, Linda Houle Robert. The food you fuel your body with is so important to runners. Think about how you agonize on race day over what to eat when. Linda can clarify what runners should be eating to stay healthy and strong. Regional runners, let me know if you want the presentation Lync-ed.

New running group activity
For those who’d like to try something new in Run Club, I think we should consider this: Prancercise ……Who wants to lead?
