- Beginners- For those who are new to running and need a comfortable run/walk schedule to work up to continuous running
- Intermediate- For those who can run for 30 minutes, but need an occasional walking break
- Continuous- For those who are comfortable running 5-6K continuous.
Once you are in the lobby at 12:05, choose a group to run with. You can change whenever you want. We keep it flexible so runners can self-select the group they want. Keeps it fun.
Routes are generally:
- the canal
- Ottawa River
- bridge to bridge
Come on out 12:05 Tues/Thurs to meet new people, get some exercise and enjoy our lovely city!
