Running sub-groups

We have 3 sub-groups you can run with:
  • Beginners- For those who are new to running and need a comfortable run/walk schedule to work up to continuous running
  • Intermediate- For those who can run for 30 minutes, but need an occasional walking break
  • Continuous- For those who are comfortable running 5-6K continuous.

Once you are in the lobby at 12:05, choose a group to run with. You can change whenever you want. We keep it flexible so runners can self-select the group they want. Keeps it fun.

Routes are generally:
  • the canal
  • Ottawa River
  • bridge to bridge
We like to change up the routes from day to day. We work out what we "feel like" once we're in the lobby.

Come on out 12:05 Tues/Thurs to meet new people, get some exercise and enjoy our lovely city!
